    Yes, you can conduct transactions on real estate located inside Palestine from abroad, within certain procedures determined by regulations and laws, with the exception of areas under occupation.
  • Can I object to real estate ownership and organization records??

    Yes, you can object to real estate records after they are announced, within a period of 30 days if you reside in Palestine. This period is extended if you reside outside the country.
  • Is it permissible for a foreigner to buy a property in Palestine?

    Yes, but to purchase a property in Palestine, the buyer must obtain prior purchase permission and security approval.
