Trademarks
TThe law offers protection for trademarks if they are registered with the competent departments in case of infringement of trademark rights. Trademarks are regulated by Trademark Law No. 33 of 1953. This law grants administrative powers of registration and amendment to the Trademark Registrar in the Ministry of National Economy.

The time required to complete the company registration procedures is estimated at around three working days. This time is necessary for preparing the company documents, articles of incorporation, and bylaws. However, these timeframes may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each case.How long does trademark protection last?
The legal protection period for a trademark is seven years from the date of registration. It can be renewed by submitting an application to the Trademark Registrar at the Ministry of National Economy.
