Nablus Court of First Instance Sentences Convicts to 10 Years of Temporary Hard Labor for Attempted Premeditated Murder
The Nablus Court of First Instance has sentenced two defendants to 10 years of temporary hard labor for the charge of attempted premeditated murder, in accordance with Articles 326 and 70 of the Penal Code No. 16 of 1960.
The ruling was based on evidence and arguments presented by Public Prosecutor Majd Sarmiti, following a thorough investigation conducted by the Nablus Public Prosecution, which subsequently referred the case to the competent court in accordance with legal procedures.
