    Work injuries & Traffic accidents

We strive for the optimal application of the law on behalf of accident victims and individuals with work-related injuries, through courts and relevant institutions, as well as through consensual settlements between the parties involved in the dispute.

Physical injuries significantly affect the injured person's daily life, financial income, and ability to work. Therefore, Palestinian laws protect accident victims through the following regulations:

    1. Palestinian Insurance Law No. 20 of 2005 and its related regulations, which address various types of insurance contracts.
    2. Palestinian Labor Law No. 7 of 2000, which includes provisions for work-related injuries.
    3. General rules of civil law related to compensation for physical injuries in cases that do not fall under insurance or work-related injuries.

    How can we help?

We provide our clients with legal representation services before courts, insurance companies, and employers concerning injuries resulting from accidents covered by insurance contracts and work-related injuries. Our focus is on obtaining the highest compensation for the client without neglecting the time factor, which is equally important. Our process is planned in advance and follows this sequence:

    1. Voluntary Claim:

We first attempt to obtain the client’s legal rights through an agreement.

    2. Judicial Claim:

If voluntary compensation is refused, we will pursue the claim in court to collect the rights owed to the client.

    3. Implementation:

We then work through the competent departments to enforce judicial rulings using the methods stipulated by law.

Questions about Work injuries & Traffic accidents

Litigation fees for claims related to bodily injuries amount to 1% of the value of the claim, up to the legal maximum. However, claims for work-related injuries are exempt from fees.

We recommend consulting an experienced lawyer to accurately calculate the compensation for accident and work-related injuries. Compensation is determined based on various factors, each of which may warrant separate consideration.

Estimating the time required to receive legal compensation can be challenging. However, the law provides for urgent payments to cover treatment and living expenses, which can be obtained judicially before the final decision on the case.
