Representation before the courts

We provide representation services for our clients before Palestinian courts of all levels and types, tailored to the client's needs and the nature of the legal case.

Palestinian law generally requires individuals, organizations, and companies to appoint a lawyer to represent them in court, except for cases heard by magistrate courts. This ensures that the citizen receives the best possible representation and defense.

How can we help?

Before the civil courts:

We provide services including power of attorney and litigation for financial claims, contract disputes (including implementation and termination), real estate issues, and urgent requests. Our representation extends to the courts of first instance and courts of appeal.

Before the criminal courts:

We offer power of attorney and plead on behalf of the accused in criminal trials. Our services include handling requests such as bail, postponement of penalties, and substitution of imprisonment with fines, before both the courts of first instance and the courts of appeal.

Before the enforcement judges:

We manage matters related to executive issues and associated requests, including the recovery of imprisonment orders, release of dispossession, consensual settlement agreements, discretionary hearings, and the presentation of settlements.
