    E-Commerce Platform Registration

The Palestinian law obliges e-commerce stores to register in the E-Commerce Platforms Register at the Ministry of National Economy pursuant to Decree-Law No. (21) of 2025 on E-Commerce, published on 27/10/2025, which shall enter into force three months after its publication. Accordingly, we provide legal assistance to complete the registration procedures for e-commerce platforms in full compliance with the law.
