    Real estate & registration

We specialize in representing our clients in real estate and registration matters to facilitate transactions in the complex Palestinian real estate market.

Those interested in real estate in Palestine, whether investors or individuals, encounter significant complexities and difficulties related to the legal aspects of the market. This complexity arises from several factors, including the multiplicity of legislation and laws governing real estate, the Palestinian political situation, the regulations governing property in various parts of the Palestinian territories, and the presence of many property owners residing outside Palestine who may not be able to visit the country.

    How can we help?

    Registration and related matters:

We assist with registering real estate with the relevant departments, correcting and amending records, and sorting and partitioning properties.

Disputes over real estate before the courts:

For disputes related to real estate, we handle urgent requests such as halting construction, ownership disputes, division of joint ownership, and other legal actions arising from real estate disputes.

    Contracts:

We draft contracts for real estate sale and purchase, agency agreements, mortgages and releases of mortgages, and contracts for real estate transactions for individuals residing outside Palestine. We also ensure these agreements are properly documented with the relevant authorities.

    property regulating procedures:

    - Following up on property matters.
    - Registering properties with the appropriate departments.
    - Lodging objections.
    - Dealing with records and plans.
    - Handling any related issues.
