Palestinian Bar Association Meets with Law for Palestine in the UK
Ramallah - Palestinian Bar Association President Attorney Fadi Abbas and Bar Council member Attorney Loay Abu Jaber held a video conference meeting with Mr. Ihsan Adel, Founder and CEO of Law for Palestine, a leading UK-based human rights organization specializing in international law related to Palestinian affairs.
The parties discussed avenues for institutional cooperation to:
Enhance capacities of Palestinian lawyers in international law
Integrate them into specialized training and educational programs
Develop expertise in defending Palestinian rights internationally
Both sides emphasized the importance of formalizing this partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to be signed in the near future.
The meeting included an in-depth discussion on:
The unprecedented aggression and genocidal war against the Palestinian people
Legal mechanisms to confront these violations under international law
